Almond BlossomsI've always wanted to catch the almond blossom bloom, but by the time I'm aware it's happening, it's just about over. This year, I got a head's up, and I took the kids to an open space preserve in the beautiful Capay Valley, then on to the Almond Blossom Festival. They gave me five minutes to take photos, and I made them most of them.
