My journey as a photographer began with a Kodak Instamatic 110 camera, progressed to a Polaroid, eventually found its way into the digital era, and back again. Though I've always had a heart for capturing the beauty of my surroundings, my identity as a portrait photographer was solidified with the birth of my first child. Since then, I've been enamored with the present, recording the exquisite moments of daily life in images.

For ten years I've been documenting the lives of other families as well as my own. There's nothing quite like watching a family grow and change through my lens, year after year: from birth to baptism, senior portrait to wedding.
